Nimisha was born in Toronto, Canada before relocating to the wonderful state of Florida. She attended the University of Western Ontario to study Electrical Engineering however after a couple of years moved to Florida to be close to her family.  She has resided in the area since 2001 and loves what Florida life has to offer. 

She enjoys living an active lifestyle. When she’s not working, you can usually find her at the gym, teaching a salsa class or traveling around the world!

Nimisha has a background in the Insurance industry and has over 16 years of experience selling Insurance. However, Real Estate is in her blood as her father is a broker and has been in the industry for over 4 decades. Her family bought, sold, owned and operated several businesses as they traveled around the world. She was lucky enough to grow up with an entrepreneur’s spirit.  

Nimisha brings a unique perspective to the table, ensuring her clients are not only guided through the buying or selling process but are also well-informed and protected every step of the way.
